UCCGIA Publications Program
The UCCGIA initiated a publications program in September, 2006. The UCCGIA and MAGIC have formed a community in
the digital commons. Publications are distributed online through the
University of Connecticut Homer Babbidge Library Digital Commons.
The UCCGIA Papers and Proceedings is the main publication series of the Center. The purpose of the series is
to disseminate useful technical information on projects completed by Center affiliates. Individual numbers in the
series may describe spatial data handling procedures, training procedures, process evaluations, or other information
of value to colleagues interested in replicating some aspect of the project.
The Center publishes three numbers per year. Library patrons can download papers in the series through the
DigitalCommons@UConn site. One reference copy and one circulating copy of each number may also be
found in the Map Library on the Fourth Floor of Homer Babbidge Library. All copies of each number and the
series are catalogued in HOMER.
